Lunch and Dinner @ Sajo's
Andy Crestani is head chef at Sajos, heralding from an illustrious
career working alongside renowned chefs like Ed Halmagyi (Better Homes
and Gardens) at Nove Cucina, Woolloomooloo, and James Kidman, at Otto
Ristorante, Woolloomooloo. He was head chef at Cafe Morso, Pyrmont
for four years, where they won Best Cafe Restaurant in 2008/2011,
and Best Breakfast Restaurant in 2009/2010, before being lured to
Mudgee, where he brings his knowledge, experience, technique, and
use of local and regional produce to the table.
