Adam Hockley is head chef at Sajos, having previously honed his skills as sous chef in various establishments along the east coast. His passion for food and love for quality cuisine led him to the Whitsundays where he perfected his craft learning from the masterchefs at Peppers Resort, Long Island. Adam then returned to the Sunshine Coast as sous chef for award-winning seafood restaurant, The Terrace of Melany, before answering the call of the country and following his heart to Mudgee.

Adam brings his knowledge and experience to the table @ Sajo's; as well as his skill and technique in the use of local and regional produce.
